Create, Edit And Manage Resolution Codes In Knowledgebase

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘Service Activities’ from the left menu
  3. Then click on ‘Knowledgebase’ from the middle section and click ‘Resolution Codes’ from the left menu
  4. Click ‘Add New’ from the middle section and then fill in the name, code pattern that you want to use, and description 
  5. Once filled, click ‘Add’ from the top right corner
