Steps
- Go to ‘Services’ in the main menu
- Click on ‘Inspections(PM)’’
- Now click on ‘Add’ on top right corner
- First, Select the Customer. In the ‘Service Location’ field, you will see all available locations of the Customer. Select the Location from there
- If the Inspection/PM has any asset/equipment to be serviced, choose the Asset from the drop-down or by searching in the asset field
**** If you don’t serve customers and have internal operations only then select the internal site/location you would like to create Preventive maintenance/Inspection for
- Select the Inspection/PM type in the next section (Primary Information).
- Select the ‘Checklist Type’ from the dropdown. Based on this, automatically respective checklists will be assigned to a technician
- Now select the schedule -
- Fixed if it has to be performed within a specific period of time,
- flexible if there is no defined time or
- if it’s a full-day job, choose the Full day
- If recurring, select the recurrence and repeat until(End date)
- Fill in the assignment information, and pick between the team(crew) or Employee (individual) depending on work order type. If it’s an employee job, select the employee assigned to the field, you can also choose the supervisor in the ‘Reviewed by (Manager)’ field, and may add additional crew members from the ‘Additional Workers’ field.
- If it’s a team job, select the ‘Team’ radio button, select the team/crew from the dropdown field, choose manager from the ‘Team Manager’ drop-down, and choose reviewer/approver in the ‘Reviewed by (Manager)’ drop-down
- Please fill in the rest of the information as per your requirement and click the ‘Add’ button at the top right corner.
