How To Create A Service Request(Ticket)
Steps
- Go to ‘Services’ in the main menu
- Click on ‘Service Request’’
- Now click on ‘Add New’ in the top right corner
- Now, select the ‘Customer’.
*** If you don’t have customers and need to create ticket/service request just for internal sites/locations then leave the ‘Customer’ field empty
- In the ‘Service Location’ field, you will see all the customers’ and other available locations. Select the Location from there
- If the Service Request has any asset/equipment to be serviced, choose the Asset from the drop-down or by searching in the asset field
- Select the Service Request ‘Category’ and other fields in the next section ‘Service Request Information’
Fill in the other required fields, add assignee(s) from the field ‘Assignment Information’, and then click the ‘Add’ Button from the top right corner
