How Dispatcher Works In Fieldcircle
- Go to ‘Board’ in the main menu
- Click on ‘Dispatcher’’
- Now select ‘Work Orders’ from the left navigation bar.
- Select the ‘Work Orders’ which needs to be dispatched or auto-scheduled
- You can use ‘Filters’ as well to select specific work orders
- You can filter based on date, this ‘Date’ filter is available on the top left, also there is a ‘Globe’ icon which allows you to filter Work Orders based on territory.
- In the ‘Search’ bar, you can search based on customer and Work Order ID
- There are other filters as well you can use the ‘Filter’ icon to filter based on priority, customer, location, work order type etc.
- Now you can either ‘Auto Schedule’ or ‘Dispatch’.
- You can ‘Reassign’, ‘Release Schedule’ and ‘Add Bulk Leaves’ as well.
- In the ‘Select Resources’ drop-down, you can select schedulable resources as well.
