Download QR Codes Of Assets Of A Specific Location Or Site

When you download QRs for a location where you may have hundreds of sublocations or thousands of assets, it may become difficult to manage printing and sticking process.

The simple way to address this challenge is breaking down each location into sub-locations and then downloading assets associated with each sub-location. To do that-

1. From the main menu, hover on ‘Customers’
2. Click ‘Locations’ from the dropdown menu
3. From the right top, turn on ‘Display Customer Location Hierarchy’
4. This will show all the sub-locations as well for that site/location, along with the number of assets at each sub-location
5. Now, you can select the location from the list or sub-location(By searching in the search bar) and then click ‘Export’
6. Followed by that, click ‘Asset Lookup QR PDF’
7. When clicked, this will open a modal/popup bar where you can select how many QRs you want to print per page. Select the number and click ‘Print’

The soft copy of these QRs in requested numbers per page will be available for download.
