How To Access Customer Feedback(Reviews/Rating) Data in Fieldcircle
- From the main menu, hover on ‘Customers’
- Click ‘Feedback’ from the drop-down menu
- The new page lists all types of feedback and when you click on any form type, it will show you feedback/review requests by status- ‘Expired’, ‘Completed’, ‘Awaited’
- From here, you may click on any completed feedback and check the rating and comments received
