How To Access Requests Received Via Various Channels
- Hover on ‘Services’ from the main menu
- Click ‘Portal Request/Channel Requests’ from the drop-down menu
- This is where all the requests received via various channels sit. You may screen these requests and convert them to ‘Service Request’ or create a ‘Quote/Estimate’ on them depending on the request type
