How To Assign A Failed Item To A Technician
- Hover on ‘Services’
- From the drop-down menu, click ‘Failed Items’
- From the list, click any failed item that you would like to assign to a technician
- Click on ‘Assign’ from the top right corner and select the user you would like to assign this work from the dropdown list
- Once selected, click ‘Update’ and with that, the failed item job has been assigned to selected technician
