How To Assign A Failed Item To A Technician

  1. Hover on ‘Services’
  2. From the drop-down menu, click ‘Failed Items
  3. From the list, click any failed item that you would like to assign to a technician
  4. Click on ‘Assign’ from the top right corner and select the user you would like to assign this work from the dropdown list
  5. Once selected, click ‘Update’ and with that, the failed item job has been assigned to selected technician
