How To Create A New Invoice
- From the main menu, hover on ‘Books’
- From the dropdown menu, click ‘Invoices’
- Click ‘Add New’ from the top right
- In the field ‘Invoice Type ’, select what kind of activity this invoice is for. Eg. if you select work order then the system will show all the work order by ID in the field ‘Activity ID’ Select the work order and automatically all the billable items of that work order will get populated in the invoice form
- If the invoice is not linked to any particular activity then fill in the rest of the details like all the line items, quantity etc.
- Once you have filled in all the information, click ‘Add’ from the top right
