How To Create A Service Request On Failed Items

  1. Hover on ‘Services’
  2. From the drop-down menu, click ‘Failed Items
  3. From the list, click any failed item that you would like to create a service request for
  4. Click on ‘Add’ from the top right corner and click ‘Service Request(Ticket)’ from the dropdown list
  5. Fill in the required details, select ‘Request Category’ and click ‘Add’ from the top right once you have filled in all the information
