How To Create Service Request(Ticket) On A Channel Request

  1. Hover on ‘Services’ from the main menu
  2. Click ‘Portal Request/Channel Requests’ from the drop-down menu
  3. Click on any of the requests from the list
  4. From the opened channel request, click ‘Add’ from the top right corner and select ‘Service Request(Ticket)
  5. Fill in all the details and click ‘Add’ from the top right corner to create this service request(ticket) on top of the channel request
