How To Customize PDF Report's Header, Footer and Other Details

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘Organization settings’ from the left menu
  3. Then click on ‘Organization Preferences’ from the middle section, followed by clicking ‘PDF settings’ from the left menu
  4. Now, for your organizations header information, you may pick the variables from right hand dropdown named ‘Short Code’ from the section ‘Organization PDF Header’ Copy this sort code from the dropdown and paste it to the ‘Organization PDF Header’ section and click ‘Update’

Eg. you want ADDRESS_LINE1, CITY, STATE, ZIP_CODE and TAX_ID to be present in the ‘Organization PDF Header’ section then copy and paste the same in the block

  1. Repeat the same process for ‘Customer PDF Header’ to select whall all customer details you want to show in this section and click ‘Update’
  2. Finally, upload your logo that you want to use in the PDFs and then click ‘Update’

This process will standardize your PDFs for all the activities like Work order, PMs, Inspections etc.
