How To Setup Service Channel To Collect Requests Via Various Channels

  1. Click the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘Service Channels’ from the left menu, followed by clicking on ‘Channel Requests’ from the middle section
  3. Now, from ‘Channel Request Preferences’, select the source from dropdown ‘Select Source’  
  4. For the selected source, you can create three types of methods to submit requests. Via email, or inline form or embedded form
  5. For ‘Email’, you may simply share the generated link with your customers to submit a request. If you have selected inline or embed form, copy this code to your site’s HTML code to receive submissions 
  6. You can also select employee you would like to notify every time a new channel request is submitted using ‘Email Notifications’ section on the same page.
