How To Create Or Import Employee Data

Create Manually

  1. Go to ‘People’ in the main menu
  2. Click on ‘Staff’
  3. Now click on the ‘Add New’ icon on the right-hand side
  4. Fill in the required details and then click on ‘Add’

 

How to Import Staff Data

  1. Go to ‘People’ in the main menu
  2. Click on ‘Staff’
  3. Now click on the ‘Import’ icon on the right-hand side and then click ‘Import Data’
  4. Download the template by clicking on ‘No, I need to download a template to fill in.’
  5. Fill the requested details in the downloaded sheet and when ready with the sheet, click on ‘Yes, I have a Staff spreadsheet ready for import’
  6. Initiate the import process and click ‘Finish’
