Manage User Role-Based Permission And Access To System
- Click on the
‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
- Next, access ‘HRMS Settings’. This section is where you can manage your human resource management settings.
- Now, click on ‘Roles and Permission’
- Here, on the left menu, click on ‘Roles Access Permission‘.
- This will open a drop-down with all the user roles your business has
- From the dropdown, ‘select the roles’ you want to change or update the permissions of
- In the section that opens, you will find all the modules as columns. Eg. Work Activities, Location and Assets, Inventory etc. When you click on any column, the permission options for various items related to that module will open.
- Select(Check) the permissions you want to allow and leave those unchecked that you don’t want to give permission for. You may select more permissions by clicking on ‘More permissions’
Once done, click on ‘Update’ at the top right, and the permission for this role will get updated.
