Setup And Configure Notification For Employees/Staff

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘HRMS settings’ from the left menu
  3. Then click on ‘Employee Settings’ from the middle section, followed by clicking ‘Notifications’ from the left menu
  4. Now click ‘Add Employee’. This notification setting will create notifications whenever a new employee is created
  5. In the middle section, you will see three types of notifications that you can set- ‘Email’, ‘Push’ i.e. mobile app push notifications and ‘SMS’ i.e. text messages notifications
  6. To create any of these types of notifications, click on the respective tab of ‘Email’, ‘Push’ or ‘SMS’ and then click ‘Add new’
  7. Fill respective field and setup the template content/copy you want to use. For every field, there is a tooltip with an icon that you can refer to learn more about what that field does and what information is needed
  8. Once finished, Click ‘Save’. If you select ‘Save Default Template’, the system will save this template as a default for all three types of notifications i.e. ‘Email’, ‘Push’ or ‘SMS’ provided you also select ‘Add Push Template’ and ‘Add SMS template’ from the bottom

Once saved, these notifications will be sent to the respective stakeholders(Actors) you have selected whenever these activities are performed.
