Setup And Configure Preventive Maintenance (Inspection) Failure Criteria For Email Escalation

Failed criteria let you escalate the failed PM/inspection issue to respective stakeholders/managers. Eg. if you set that every inspection/PM must score 60% or above, any inspection/PM with lower score than 60% will be escalated and notified to decision makers you have selected for that PM/inspection.

To setup the failure criteria-

  1. Click the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘Service Activities’ from the left menu, followed by clicking on ‘Inspections(Pm)’ from the middle section
  3. Now, click ‘Preferences’ from the left menu. 
  4. Here, you will see the field to set the minimum percentage a PM/Inspection must score to avoid initiating an escalation.
  5. Put in the number relevant to you and click ‘Update’
