Setup And Manage Location Tracking Settings

Location tracking settings allow you to pick the activities you want to enable technician location tracking. You may also select whether you want static location of technicians to be visible on the map and whether assets, customers and locations are also to be shown on the map view.

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. Now, click on ‘Organization settings’ from the left menu
  3. Then click on ‘Location Preferences’ from the middle section, followed by click ‘Preferences’ from the left menu
  4. From the middle section, select the activities that you would like to enable location tracking. 
  5. Followed by that, you may also select relevant options from ‘Tracking Display Preferences’
  6. Once finished, click ‘Update’ from the top right corner
