Setup And Configure Qr Code Scan Settings
- Click on the
‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
- Now click on ‘Service Channels’ from the left menu, followed by clicking on ‘QR-based Work Requests’
- Click on ‘Preferences’
- Select from two options whether you want QR to be unrestricted and scannable using camera of any mobile device OR want it to be scannable only with FieldCircle’s app and registered user.
- From the top right, click on ‘Update’ and preferences will be updated.
Now, you can generate QR code, print them and initiate work requests just by scanning those QRs.
