Setup And Configure Email To Receive Service Requests (Tickets)
- Click on the
‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
- Now click on ‘Service Channels’ from the left menu followed by click on ‘Support Email’
- Click on ‘Add Account’
- Select ‘Service Type’ as ‘Incoming’ and fill other fields
- Select Gmail or Outlook account and click ‘Add Account’
- Authenticate your account, and incoming service request email has been setup.
Now, all emails received on this email ID will be received in ‘Service Channel’ section of FieldCircle as well. From there, you can screen and convert them into service requests.
