Setup Workflow Forms For Work Order Types

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
  2. From the left menu, click ‘Service Activities’
  3. Now, click on ‘Work Orders’ from the middle section, followed by clicking ‘Workflow Checklists’ from the left menu
  4. The system has predeefined Work order workflows forms. To make changes, drag and drop any relevant field from the right panel, fill in the details in that field, and then click ‘Update
  5. You may also delete existing fields, except the mandatory fields, by clicking on the field, using the delete icon at the top right, and then click ‘Update’
  6. Once you have updated and setup the form, click ‘Save’ at the top right corner, and it will become active
