- From the top right, click ‘Add New’
- Fill in the required information. There is a tooltip for each field that provides more information about that field to help you gain better understanding
- ‘Report templates’ have two types of checklists that you may link with category- Pre and Post check templates. Eg. you may need an assessment before starting the corrective actions and that’s what pre-check templates help you with. When you have finished or while doing the corrective work, you may use Post-check template.
- You may set up category specific templates/checklists for them to appear in dropdown here
- You may also select skill level required to perform this category of work order and can also setup whether this work order needs a team or individual
- Some type of work orders may need your technician to carry specific supplies or spare parts to be carried with them. You can define that in the section ‘Items Information (Products/Services)’. With this, your team will always be aware of what parts to carry and can be planned and allocated in advance.
- Once you have filled all the information, click ‘Add’ from the top right
