Receive Service Requests Via Embedded Form

Steps

  1. Go to ‘Settings Icon’ on the top right corner
  2. Go to ‘Service Channels’ on the left navigation.
  3. Now click on ‘Channel Requests
  4. Now Select the ‘Source’ where forms are supposed to be embedded
  5. Copy the ‘Embed Inline Form’ or ‘Embed Pop Up’ Form as per requirement. 
  6. Paste the code of this copied ‘Form’ code in the HTML of your page, before the body
  7. Now, all requests submitted via this form will be received in the section ‘Channel Requests’, which you can review and convert to service requests.
