How To Access Work Orders Data In Dispatcher
- Go to ‘Board’ in the main menu
- Click on ‘Dispatcher’
- You can Access Work Orders Data in the left navigation
- You can filter based on date, this ‘Date’ filter is available on the top left, also there is a ‘Globe’ icon which allows you to filter Work Orders based on territory.
- In the ‘Search’ bar, you can search based on customer and Work Order ID
- There are other filters as well you can use the ‘Filter’ icon to filter based on priority, customer, location, work order type etc.
