Create A Quote On A Channel Request

  1. Hover on ‘Services’ from the main menu
  2. Click ‘Portal Request/Channel Requests’ from the drop-down menu
  3. Click on any of the requests from the list
  4. From the opened channel request, click ‘Add’ from the top right corner and select ‘Estimate/Quote’
  5. Fill in all the details and click ‘Add’ from the top right corner
  6. To send this quote to the prospect/customer for approval, open the created quote and click ‘Send to Customer’ from the left bar near the Estimate/Quote number
