How To Create A Service Request On Failed Items
- Hover on ‘Services’
- From the drop-down menu, click ‘Failed Items’
- From the list, click any failed item that you would like to create a service request for
- Click on ‘Add’ from the top right corner and click ‘Service Request(Ticket)’ from the dropdown list
- Fill in the required details, select ‘Request Category’ and click ‘Add’ from the top right once you have filled in all the information
