Setup And Configure Preventive Maintenance (Inspection) Failure Criteria For Email Escalation
Failed criteria let you escalate the failed PM/inspection issue to respective stakeholders/managers. Eg. if you set that every inspection/PM must score 60% or above, any inspection/PM with lower score than 60% will be escalated and notified to decision makers you have selected for that PM/inspection.
To setup the failure criteria-
- Click the
‘Settings’ icon on the right side of your screen, adjacent to your profile picture.
- Now, click on ‘Service Activities’ from the left menu, followed by clicking on ‘Inspections(Pm)’ from the middle section
- Now, click ‘Preferences’ from the left menu.
- Here, you will see the field to set the minimum percentage a PM/Inspection must score to avoid initiating an escalation.
- Put in the number relevant to you and click ‘Update’
